Get active sports lead the way in providing both boys and girls an opportunity to try sports for the first time in a fun, affordable and friendly environment. Each sport is rotated regularly through our centres so that children get the chance to try a different sport each term. Our range of sports allows children to try many different programs throughout the year. We provide specialised coaching in basketball, aussie rules, netball, soccer, and tennis. Our "for junior" programs cater for children 3, 5, 4, 6 and 7 years of age and are run indoors on saturday and sunday mornings. Our programs concentrate on beginner principles, learning the basics skills of the sports.

PROGRAMS AGE GROUPS 3 and 4 Year Old Our introduction to sport starts at this age and is a simple to succeed program and, with parent support, all involved have great fun. Our maximum popular age group for parents starting their child in sporting activities. The program is structured so that there is minimal waiting for turns and sufficient of movement throughout the 45 minutes lesson. Our program is easy to register for, the best valued sports program for children and maximum of all huge mirth for all that become involved. Our partition age groups are vast as they allow children to learn in an environment that will have them in an age group that is good for them. Each age group has its own program so as children move through the age groups they don’t do the identical program. Progressive program as children move through the age groups. Multiple soccer goals so concise lines and all the kids get lots of kicks at goals. Activities to keep the children moving and not in lengthy lines waiting for a turn. Balloon labor with the younger age groups to assist with coordination. With each child having their own portion of equipment, waiting for a turn is minimal so children are kept moving. We still have children moving all the time and, with their own ball or racquetbat, there is minimal waiting for turns to use equipment. The oldest program we run is ideal for that lead into playing the chosen sport at a competitive club or school level. We have no competitive game play in any age groups of our programs. Get Energetic Sports seeks people that have a real interest in sports, and are capable of active with little groups of children with a starting age of 3 years of age.
